Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for exchange:

• The item must be unused and unwashed

• Original tags and packaging must be intact

• Proof of purchase/order number is required

Return Policy

We currently do not offer returns on change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check product details carefully before placing your order.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

• The product is out of stock after payment

• The wrong item was delivered and exchange is unavailable

• The item received is damaged or defective and cannot be replaced

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

International Orders

International orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. For international orders, please connect with us on WhatsApp before placing your order.
